Briar Krieger - Certified Personal Trainer
 
Briar has 14 years of experience in the Health and Fitness industry.  She is a dynamic facilitator and educator, with an inspiring dedication to health and fitness.  Briar has extensive training in program design, nutritional counselling, lifestyle analysis and corporate wellness programming.
 
As a Personal Trainer, her objective is to give you the knowledge and necessary tools to live a healthy lifestyle.  She will help you understand how exercise and healthy eating can greatly improve your overall quality of life. Consistency will be required of you to maximize your success.  She will be there to encourage you every step of the way.
 
As a mother, and business owner Briar understands the physical demands of life, family and friends.  She will work with you to meet and exceed your personal health goals existing or not yet realized. Whether you want to lose 5 pounds or 500 Briar will be there every step of the journey.  She can help you feel stronger, faster and better than you even thought possible. Certifications are maintained annually by attending conferences and workshops that allow her to keep current on developments in fitness and health.

45 mins treatment  $70
The first treatment is for 60 mins and includes assessment at no additional cost. GST and PST are not chargeable on Physiotherapy treatments.
